Bus Safety

Mom, Dad, They're Safer on the School Bus

National statistics provided by School Bus Fleet magazine show that  students riding school buses to school are less likely to be injured in road collisions than any other mode of transportation. Last year in the United states more than 23,000,000 students boarded 430,000 school buses. They traveled 4,156,316,913 miles at a cost of $10,225,651,736 and earned a safety record second to none.  Thousands of men and women work hard to maintain this safety record. Perhaps because it is such a common routine, much of  the general public are never aware of the care and activity behind the scenes.
